Merchants Overseas provides the fashion, jewelry and accessory industries with Swarovski® crystal stones and components, diverse findings and the most creative solutions for design and merchandising.

Founded in 1950, Merchants is one of the oldest Swarovski distributors in North America.  With more than 2,000 active customers – and many of these relationships forged decades ago – we have established ourselves as a reliable company that is committed to providing our customers with personal, top-quality service.

We are currently taking steps to provide even stronger service to our customers while offering them more crystal products at competitive prices.  We are in the midst of re-engineering our business process and infrastructure, which will be completed by the end of 2008.  This process includes initiatives to redefine the physical environment; refocus personnel and resources on customer deliverables; create a standard operating practice business model; implement a new business information software system; and launch a marketing and sales plan complete with new product line.

Since our inception, we have focused on refining and perfecting our business.  As you can see, we are continuing on this path.  The result?  Our customers receive the highest quality products, the best service… and we, in turn, have the honor of being their #1 provider of crystal products.
